Ohhhh how I love to travel!!! :)

 

 

I am glad I get to do this now since I am self-employed.

 

 

So this week is the Housewares Show in Chicago :)

 

I would love to review a lot of the products these exhibitors have in their booth.

 

I am hoping some are open to allowing me to do so :)

 

Since just starting this, I know I need a lot of work, but hey we all have to start somewhere right?

Nivea never seems to amaze me when it comes to super dry winters.  I use one big bottle once a year just on myself.  Since living in the Midwest (CHICAGO) you just can't never have enough of this product.  This lotion intensifies your bad areas and moisturizes your skin to show off that beautiful smooth skin.

When they say they unlease moisture that lasts more than 24 hours, you better believe it!! I have tried many different lotions but this is one of the top on my list.  This is super easy to find and also great on a smaller budget.

Wreck It Ralph!

So I have a friend who works for Disney in LA and is the assistant animator for them.  While visiting him in August, I got to learn a little about what he does and how much time he just put in into this wonderful animation.  He ended up getting me super excited about going seeing this and boy am I happy I did!

I know I am not your typical gamer, but this I knew was going to bring me back to the good ol' days.  Watching the movie trailer was a great sneak peek into just some of the characters I would be seeing. 

In Wreck-It Ralph there is a video game called Fix-It Felix Jr. The villain of the game, Ralph, is always being overlooked by the hero of the game, Fix-It Felix. Due to this, Ralph decides to look for a game where he can be the hero for once.  This story I know appeals to many, and watching the characters in this wonderful fresh animation was just the icing on the cake.  This is definitely a recommendation to get off that couch and go see this movie!  Open your heart and enjoy this wonderful animation!  Also if you can, spend a little and see it in 3D :)

BEANITOS BEAN CHIPS!!

 

 

I have been fortunate to write a product review on these delicious bean chips!  The company was super nice to send me three different flavors to review, and I am excited to share my experience.

 

 

What is so great about these products is that they are 100% corn, wheat, soy and potato free!  With all the allergies many people face these days, this product stands on its own and does the job!  I really enjoy the packaging and the inviting colors.  You might think 'bean' sure does not sound delicious, but when you taste these bad boys, you will think otherwise.  These chips have a wonderful crunch to them and actually have a great amount of nutritional value. 

 

 

I ended up eating them with some delicious hummus and they are a great fit!  Also if you add some warm cheese, that was another favorite of mine.

 

Check your local grocery stores, and give them a try!

Should be interesting!

So I am slowly starting to get feedback and items from vendors wanting me to review their products which is awesome!

As soon as I feel comfortable, you will see a post.  Sorry to make many wait, but I want to make this perfect and redeem myself quickly :)

You must start somewhere right?

So this is all new to me....but I think I am made for this.  Writing is a passion of mine and writing about new products is just another way I can put my two loves together.

Since being in the Hospitality Industry I have met many walks of life...many who are trying to get their product out on the market.  To me this is super interesting and a great way to meet my guests and hear about their passion.  Just recently met two guys trying to sell to Kmart & Walgreens a patent they came up with for allergies & snoring.  They were kind enough to give me a few samples and I right away thought of my parents especially my father who is known for his snoring.

I figured this would be a great way to start reaching out to a few companies who have yet to get reviews on their products.  As I know slowly I will get a nice following, this would be a great way for them to start.
